The Trend Towards Brain Food
Stress, marathon meetings, the everyday office grind? That calls for special nutrition, one that doesn’t make you tired and that promotes mental fitness and emotional well-being.

Magic Cuisine
Our brain metabolism is regulated by what we eat. The secret of magic cuisine is complex carbohydrates. They make us relaxed and cheerful, provide us with energy and are found in grains, such as oats, barley, buckwheat, bulgur and millet.

A Perfect Setting
Mörwald serves his new brain-food meals in perfect settings: at the Ambassador, the Restaurant “Zur Traube”, Kloster Und and via catering services.
