Cookery School

Since 1988, evening cookery courses have been a focal point in Mörwald’s original building, “Zur Traube” in Feuersbrunn, and since 2003 they have been held in a new kitchen, especially designed with the needs of the cookery school in mind. Having already offered several thousand courses, the Mörwald Cookery School is by far Austria’s most experienced institution for teaching techniques, tips & tricks that make it easy to cook well and give wing to the creativity of hobby chefs.

Cookery courses with Toni Mörwald begin at 5 p.m. In addition to practical exercises and theoretical explanations, they include a recipe folder, cookery DVD, apron, photo and certificate. Each seminar ends with a sociable dinner with aperitif, menu & wine, espresso and fine brandy.

The cost for seminar participants is €150.
Companions who come for the food and drink pay €95 each.
