For the culinary profile of this restaurant we developed a “fusion cuisine”, but certainly not the kind that simply throws together all the various world cuisines depending on the chef’s mood that day! On the contrary, we observe the canon of Austrian culinary culture, combining– “fusing”, if you will – the fundamental ideas of grand classic cuisine with a modern philosophy of preparation.
