For more than ten years, the Vienna outpost of MÖRWALD Kochamt & Weinamt at the Palais Ferstel has been a place where the culture of cooking, eating, and drinking is truly lived. Now, the location is evolving into a small, high-caliber club in the heart of Vienna’s city center — personal, exclusive, and intentionally intimate. The Chefs Club can be used through a membership or booked individually for business events. Membership provides access to special benefits and curated events.
The delicatessen boutique in the entrance area is also being reimagined. Instead of a broad assortment, the focus will shift to a curated selection: a Top 50 wine collection, selected delicacies such as caviar or foie gras, and products available in this form only here. The boutique thus becomes a stylish gateway to the Chefs Club.At its core will be exclusive business gatherings such as meetings, workshops, seminars, private dining experiences, and tailor-made events.
Thanks to its central location in Palais Ferstel, the Chefs Club is also the perfect starting point for a special evening — for example before attending Vienna’s famous ball season. A place in the very heart of the city, yet entirely private.
