The lanes themselves are charming and picturesque, often reflecting centuries-old architecture and local traditions, and they are an integral part of the region’s wine culture and heritage.

The “Mörwald Coffee Experience” workshop provides solid, hands-on knowledge about coffee — from the plant all the way to the cup. A compact theoretical session clarifies common coffee myths and explains essential background knowledge. Participants will then gain insight into coffee roasting and learn how different roasting profiles influence aroma, acidity, and body.
The practical part focuses on espresso preparation, the correct use of the espresso machine, and the key parameters required to achieve consistently high quality. In addition, milk texturing — an essential component for drinks such as cappuccino and flat white — is explained and practiced.
As a highlight, there will be a professional latte art demonstration by three-time national latte art champion Benjamin Graf, including a tasting session and the opportunity to ask questions.
