From the beginnings of the family inn in 1989 to new projects such as the Mörwald Lodges, the timeline reflects a journey shaped by passion, innovation, and culinary excellence. Tradition with a view toward the future.
One special project bearing the signature of Toni Mörwald is the Lodges am Weinberg on the Nussberg vineyard site. Authentic, elegant, and forward looking, they create places of retreat in the heart of the Wagram wine region. The lodges are named Haselnuss, Walnuss, Erdnuss, and Kokosnuss. Each one offers the opportunity to experience the culinary world of Mörwald up close.
