Toni Mörwald – Grand Chef & CEO
Toni Mörwald is a Michelin-starred and Gault&Millau-awarded chef, a multiple award-winning author, and Grand Chef. His passion for gastronomy began in his family’s traditional inn and led him through international culinary stations to the establishment of his own restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses.
As a Grand Chef, he combines creativity, passion, and the highest standards of quality to create unforgettable moments of culinary enjoyment. Whether on the plate, at exclusive events, or through his own magazine published twice a year, Toni Mörwald transforms culinary visions into vivid experiences.
His guiding principle is: “Time spent eating is time spent living.” With dedication, innovative spirit, and extensive experience, he creates moments that leave a lasting impression while actively driving the development of Feuersbrunn’s town center and advancing new projects such as the Lodges am Weinberg.
