1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all reservations, bookings, and stays, unless otherwise agreed in writing. By making a reservation, the guest expressly acknowledges these terms.

2. Conclusion of Contract and Deposit

A binding accommodation contract is concluded upon acceptance of the reservation by the establishment. The reservation is confirmed as binding upon receipt of a deposit in the agreed amount. The amount and due date of the deposit will be communicated to the guest at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the following charges will apply:

•     14 to 8 days before the arrival date: 30% of the total package price
•     7 to 3 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total package price
•     2 days or less before the arrival date or in case of no-show: 100% of the total package price

These provisions apply regardless of the reason for cancellation. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellations are only valid in written form (by email or post).

4. Pets

Pets are only allowed on request. A surcharge of EUR 35.00 per day (excluding food) will be charged for each pet. The owner is liable for all damages caused by the animal.

5. Children and Extra Beds

Children are very welcome. The following rules apply:

•     Children up to 3 years in the parents’ bed: free of charge
•     Crib in parents’ room: EUR 20.00 per stay
•     Extra bed in parents’ room: EUR 40.00 per bed and night
•     Children up to 14 years in their own room: 20% discount on the regular room rate

6. Arrival and Departure

•     Check-in: from 15:00
•     Check-out: by 11:00. In case of late departure, an additional night may be charged.

7. Liability

The liability of the establishment is governed by statutory provisions. No liability is accepted for valuables, money, or other valuables unless they have been expressly handed over for safekeeping.

8. Jurisdiction and Law

Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the competent court at the location of the accommodation establishment.

9. Miscellaneous

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory regulation.
